DHL and InPost: delivery options for your AtraxTac order

Your AtraxTac order starts in our workshop in Radom. The next step should fit the way you want to receive it. Here is a practical guide to our delivery options: DHL for domestic and international shipments, and InPost Paczkomat® 24/7 for collection in Poland.

In Poland: delivery to your address or collection from a locker

Choose DHL Parcel for delivery to your address, or InPost Paczkomat® 24/7 if you prefer to collect your parcel from a locker. Locker collection can be useful when you are away during the day: you collect after receiving the ready-for-collection notification, within the collection window specified by InPost. Check access conditions for your chosen location.

Within the EU and beyond

For supported EU destinations, we use DHL Parcel / Parcel Connect. Orders to supported destinations outside the EU travel with DHL Express. The services offered for your order are shown at checkout.

Outside the EU, import duties, taxes and clearance or brokerage charges may be payable by the recipient. They are not included in our product or shipping price unless expressly stated otherwise. Read our Shipping & Delivery Policy before ordering.

Where do I choose delivery?

1. Add your products to the cart and proceed to checkout.
2. Enter your delivery country, address and contact details.
3. In the shipping section, choose from the methods available for your destination and review the price before payment.
4. If you choose InPost, follow the pickup-point selection prompt and make sure your chosen locker has been saved to the order. If you cannot find the selector, contact shop@atraxtac.com with your order number.

A clearer choice, without surprises

The benefit is practical: an address delivery when that suits you, or locker collection in Poland when you want more flexibility. Check the selected service and contact details before completing your order. A correct telephone number is particularly useful for delivery notifications.

Production comes before transport

Ready-made products are normally prepared for dispatch within five business days after payment, unless the product page says otherwise. CUSTOM production usually takes 2–4 weeks and may take up to six weeks. Carrier transit time is additional; choosing a shipping service does not shorten production.
