AtraxTac Service – How the 10% Discount Works

AtraxTac Service is our thank-you programme for people who protect and help others. Approved participants receive 10% off eligible products after AtraxTac verifies their status.

There is no public discount code. Eligibility is attached to an approved customer profile and the discount is applied automatically when Shopify recognises the signed-in account.

Who can apply?

Military personnel and police officers.
Firefighters, including volunteer firefighters carrying out rescue duties.
Other public-safety and law-enforcement officers, including intervention units.
Medical and rescue personnel.
Retired service officers and soldiers.

The programme is intended for personal purchases, not B2B orders or resale.

1. Create or sign in to your AtraxTac account

The current Shopify customer-account system does not require a password. Enter your email address and Shopify sends a one-time login code to that address.

Use the same email address later when submitting your AtraxTac Service application.

2. Submit the correct application

After creating or accessing your account, complete the appropriate AtraxTac Service form. There are separate application routes for active service, medical and rescue personnel and for retired officers and soldiers.

Use the same email address as your customer account and provide only the information needed for verification: your name, professional group, status and current or former formation or institution.

3. Wait for manual approval

Creating an account, verifying an email address or submitting a form does not activate the discount automatically. AtraxTac reviews each application manually.

Where necessary, we may ask for proportionate evidence of eligibility. Please do not send unsolicited full identity-card scans, full service-card copies, national identification numbers, document numbers, health data or operational information.

4. Sign in before you place the order

After approval, sign in to the same customer account before checkout. Shopify then recognises the approved profile and can apply the active automatic discount named “AtraxTac Service — 10%”.

Where will I see the 10% discount?

Check the order summary in checkout before payment. On an approved, signed-in account, the discount appears there as “AtraxTac Service — 10%” and reduces the eligible product total.

The screenshot below shows the live AtraxTac checkout layout. Because a public screenshot is not logged in to an approved service account, the discount itself is not artificially added to the image. After approval, look for the discount line in the order-summary panel before completing payment.

What is eligible for the discount?

Approved participants receive 10% off eligible products in:

KNIVES,
CUSTOM,
E.T. / ENTER TOOLS,
including the separately sold NFORCE Kydex sheath.

What is excluded?

Shipping, separately purchased engraving or serration and other accessories are excluded, except for the separately sold NFORCE Kydex sheath. The programme does not combine with other product, order or shipping discounts.

Approved, but no discount is shown?

First make sure you are signed in using the exact same email address that was approved for AtraxTac Service. Then return to checkout and check the order summary again.

If the discount is still missing, do not complete payment. Contact shop@atraxtac.com and we will check the account status.
