AtraxTac Service — thank-you programme (EN)

Programme terms effective from 29 September 2026.

1. Organiser and purpose. The programme is operated by the AtraxTac, the Seller identified in the store Terms of Service. This voluntary discount recognises people who protect others and provide assistance. It does not imply sponsorship, endorsement or an official partnership with any formation or institution mentioned.
2. Eligibility. Adults serving in the military, police, fire services (including volunteer firefighters carrying out rescue duties), other public safety and law-enforcement services, including intervention units, medical and rescue personnel, and retired service officers and soldiers may apply. Membership is personal and covers purchases for personal use, not distribution or B2B purchases.
3. Account and application. Create or sign in to a customer account using the one-time code sent by email. Complete the appropriate active-service or retired-service form with the same email address as the account, your name, professional group, status and current or former formation or institution. Provide truthful, necessary information only; do not disclose classified or operational information.
4. Manual approval. AtraxTac checks the application and profile details and grants eligibility manually. An account, verified email address, work email or declaration alone does not establish eligibility. No programme discount applies before approval.
5. Evidence. Before approval or where justified on re-verification, AtraxTac may request suitable evidence of affiliation, employment, service or retired-officer or retired-soldier status. An individual, proportionate verification method will be agreed, for example confirmation from a work email, an institutional statement or inspection of a status document without retaining a full copy. An email address alone may not suffice. Do not send unsolicited identity-card scans, full service-card copies, national identification numbers, document numbers, health data or other unnecessary information through ordinary email or the application form. Documents subject to copying restrictions must not be copied.
6. Discount and scope. Approved participants receive 10% off eligible products in KNIVES, CUSTOM and E.T., including the separately sold NFORCE Kydex sheath. The store applies the discount after recognising the approved account; the final amount is displayed before payment. Shipping, additional services including engraving and serration, and other accessories except that sheath are excluded. Where a product already includes a finish or serration in its price, the product price is eligible; separately purchased services are excluded.
7. Use. The discount cannot combine with other product, order or shipping discounts. It cannot be exchanged for cash, transferred to another person or applied retrospectively to concluded orders. Check the amount before paying and contact shop@atraxtac.com about discrepancies. This does not limit complaint rights.
8. Accurate details and refusal. Participants must report changes affecting eligibility. If the required status cannot be verified, information is false, benefits are shared or purchases are intended for resale, AtraxTac may refuse, suspend or withdraw eligibility for future orders. The applicant may explain the circumstances and provide suitable evidence by contacting shop@atraxtac.com. Decisions are made by a person, not solely through automated processing.
9. Ordinary accounts and newsletter. Participation is optional and is not required to shop or hold an ordinary customer account. Non-participants need not provide their occupation or employer. The newsletter is separate and voluntary; it provides product and promotion news and does not itself grant a discount.
10. Privacy and customer rights. Programme data processing is explained in the programme privacy information below and the store Privacy Policy. Participants may leave the programme by contacting shop@atraxtac.com. These terms do not exclude or limit statutory consumer rights, mandatory legal liability of the Seller or rights under existing contracts. Programme complaints may be sent to the same email address; the Seller responds within 14 days of receipt.

AtraxTac Service — verification for the 10% discount

The programme data controller is AtraxTac, the Seller identified in the Terms. Privacy contact: shop@atraxtac.com.

We process account and application details: name, email, professional group, active or retired status, formation or institution and necessary records of the date and outcome of manual verification. We use these to assess applications, administer participation and apply the discount under Article 6(1)(b) GDPR. Where necessary to prevent abuse and establish, exercise or defend legal claims, we rely on our legitimate interests under Article 6(1)(f) GDPR.

We may request proportionate evidence of affiliation, employment, service or qualifying retired status and agree the verification method individually. We do not require a full identity-card copy or routinely collect service-card copies. Do not send national identification numbers, document numbers, health data, classified information or unsolicited scans through the form or ordinary email. Wherever possible, we inspect evidence and record the outcome without retaining the document.

Applications and eligibility are managed manually through customer profiles and Shopify Forms. Access is limited to authorised AtraxTac personnel and providers operating the store, forms and correspondence as necessary. General information about Shopify, other recipients and international transfers appears elsewhere in this Policy. Using Shopify does not remove AtraxTac's responsibilities as controller.

Application data is retained for the time needed to assess the request and, after approval, for the duration of participation. After refusal or departure, data no longer needed is deleted. Limited records may be retained where justified for preventing abuse or handling claims, no longer than the applicable limitation period. Evidence shown solely for verification is not copied; any agreed supporting material is deleted after verification unless a specific legal basis justifies retention.

Providing programme data is voluntary but necessary to verify eligibility. Not providing it does not prevent an ordinary account or purchases without this discount. Subject to legal conditions, you have rights of access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection to processing based on legitimate interests and complaint to the Polish supervisory authority, the President of UODO. Eligibility decisions are not made solely automatically. Newsletter subscription is separate and is not a condition of participation.
