Refund policy

We have a 14 day return policy, which means you received your item within 14 days to request your return.

To qualify for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it. You will also need your receipt or purchase.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items
Products whose defects are insignificant or derived from the product, not subject to obligation
refundable. The products are made, each of them is different and may differ from each other in shape, color, shades, etc. Products ordered by the customer from the CUSTOMIZE series are not returnable.

Refunds
We will notify you once we have received and inspected your returns and returns to you whether your refund has been shipped or not. If approved, you will receive an automatic refund to your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that it may take some time for your bank or card issuer to process and post the refund.

A consumer who is connected to distance sales has the right to receive items from the subscription without delivery within 14 days from the closing date by the Consumer or a person indicated by him other than others (EXCLUDING CUSTOMIZE PRODUCTS)

The right to withdraw from the contract does not provide the Consumer in the contract to the contract: (a) in which access is ensured by rapid deterioration or short shelf life; (b) the provision of which is delivered in a sealed manner, which cannot be read after opening the packaging for health protection or hygiene reasons, the packaging is opened after delivery; (c) for the delivery of content delivered not delivered on a tangible medium, if available, commenced with the Consumer's express and prior instruction, which was provided prior to additional access, that upon completion, access to the right of withdrawal, and made available to the information, and the Store the consumer's holiday is interrupted; (d) whose products are provided according to the consumer or serving his individual needs; (e) that is sealed by audio recordings, visual recordings or computer software, the software of which is available after delivery.

In order to delegate from the contract, the Consumer must inform the Seller of his/her decision to withdraw from the contract by means of an attached letter or notification sent via an internet link within 14 days of delivery of the delivered goods (EXCLUDING CUSTOMIZE PRODUCTS)

The consumer may be subject to the obligation to withdraw from the contract available in the store in two language versions: RETURN FORM PL, RETURN FORM EN

In order to meet the deadline for withdrawal from the contract, it is sufficient for the Consumer to be sent a notification about the exercise of the right to withdraw from the contract concluded with the Consumer before the deadline for withdrawal from the contract.

In the event of withdrawal from the consumer contract, the consumer withdraws from the contract at his own expense - no later than within 14 days from the notification of withdrawal. The entrepreneur receiving data on the final price, no later than within 14 days of receiving the goods or sending them back.

Direct consumer, returned items.

The addressee did not receive the "cash on delivery" shipments. The return shipment must be adequately protected against transport hazards.

The provisions contained in § 7 and § 8 of the Consumer Regulations, in accordance with Art. 7aa of the Act on Consumer Rights, applies to access to information related to it, which is directly transmitted from its reach, when the content of this contract shows that it does not have the data subject, it is transmitted along with the topic relating to his/her activities economic activity, subject to the provisions of the Central Registration and Information on Economic Activity.

Products from the CUSTOMIZE section are not returnable.
