AtraxTac ships orders from Poland. The delivery method and current shipping price available for your address are shown at checkout before payment.

Poland

Orders within Poland can be delivered by DHL Parcel or InPost Paczkomat 24/7.

European Union

Orders to European Union countries are delivered using DHL Parcel / Parcel Connect.

Destinations outside the European Union

Orders outside the European Union are shipped using DHL Express Worldwide. DHL Parcel / Parcel Connect is not offered for destinations outside Poland and the European Union. We do not currently ship to Russia or Belarus.

International shipping prices depend on the destination and order weight and are calculated at checkout.

Customs duties, import taxes, customs clearance fees, brokerage charges or other local fees may apply outside the European Union. Unless expressly stated otherwise, these charges are not included in the product or shipping price paid to AtraxTac and are the responsibility of the recipient.

Order processing

Ready-made products are normally prepared for dispatch within up to 5 business days after payment, unless another lead time is stated on the product page.

CUSTOM products are made to order. Production usually takes 2–4 weeks and can take up to 6 weeks. Carrier transit time is additional.

Tracking

Where tracking is available, shipment information is provided after the parcel has been handed over to the carrier.
